You can jot your activities in the diary below or you can open the attachment and record you activities and save the word document on your computer.

Place the cursor in the correct box and click
Type in your information
Repeat steps #2 and #3 until all information is entered
When finished, click save in the "Editor" tool bar at the top of the page
